thats my friend, I LOVE her hair in this picture.
Any help on how I can get my hair like that? I suck with hair, so a total step by step plan will help! =D

Well, not everyone can pull off someone else's hairstyle exactly.

They have to have the same hair type, length, .etc - it'll always look different.

But I'd try using the new curling styling products from Herbal Essence or the curl line from John Freida.

After doing so, I'd use a curling iron on the ends of your hair, after it's towel dried.

Then apply some hairspray to make it stay put.
