is doing 300 jumpinjacks, crunches and pushups mostly everday over-exerscsing?
It might be. You shouldnt work out with the same thing every day because tyour muscles need time to rest and grow. So if you want, do a few reps.. instead of 300 in a roll, maybe 50 at a time.. then the next day work another set of muscles. Hope this helped
