You can do 3 sets of crunches with 15 reps. (A rep if 15 crunches in a row, and you take breaks in between those sets) This also works for push ups as well.
And for jumping jacks you can do a minute of jumping jacks and then maybe 3 sets of lunges with 15 reps. Do a minute of jumping jacks again and then do squats (3 sets 15 reps) [ simplicityx's advice column | Ask simplicityx A Question ]

If you did nothing...then you are
But if you ran, or did something else, then maybe not
I mean people run 15 miles everyday...
And its not over excercising
So maybee...
So if you are extremely sore, and really tiredd, then lower your workload....
bLue_in_tHe_faCe answered Monday February 18 2008, 2:32 pm: It might be. You shouldnt work out with the same thing every day because tyour muscles need time to rest and grow. So if you want, do a few reps.. instead of 300 in a roll, maybe 50 at a time.. then the next day work another set of muscles. Hope this helped [ bLue_in_tHe_faCe's advice column | Ask bLue_in_tHe_faCe A Question ]

Instead of 300 of each every day, start with 20 of each 3 days a week. Then, as your body gets used to exercising, push it up to 30 of each 4 days a week.
No need to kill yourself trying to be healthy lol. [ xlovexx463's advice column | Ask xlovexx463 A Question ]
