I first signed up because I saw really simple computer questions with no answers, and I just had to answer them. Today, my column still has more answers to questions about computers than anything else, but feel free to ask about anything. I can follow up on questions too.

Hello,

I have had an average body temperature of 95.5 degrees F over the past week. I have also been suffering from a very nasty allergy born sinus infection for the same amount of time. I feel as though I am healing and only drainage is causing some throat discomfort for me but my temperature is averaging 95.5 degrees F. Is this something to be concerned about? I am starting to worry and cannot afford a doctor right now.
I am not suffering from any diseases and my only real health concern is slightly high cholesterol. Any help would be most appreciated.

At what part of your body are you measuring the temperature, and at what time of the day? This would be normal if it's right after you got up in the morning or if you're measuring your skin temperature, but otherwise, 95.5 F is below normal body temperature.

Anyway, if you're not feeling well, make sure you get plenty of rest.

(3) I am taking my temperature in the middle of the day, sub lingually with a Walgreen's thermometer. In fact I just took it and came up with 95.3 F.
What gives?
