advice

would anyone consider smoking marijuana a drug problem. Not heavy smoking like everyday. but like maybe a few joints a month. they can go without using it for a a few weeks, so yeah, is it a drug problem? thanks a bunch y'all :D

No, I don't think it's a drug problem. In the eyes of the government though, because it is illegal, they would consider it a drug problem. I personally don't think it's a big deal if a person smokes every once in a while. Yeah, if they smoke it constantly and can not go a day without doing it, then yes, it's a problem...but a couple joints every now and then isn't really a big deal!
