advice

i am taking weightlifting in school and i work hard and im doing everything right and i am seeing results and such. but also like the cardio stuff we do every other day if i do that plus all the ab stuff..will i get abs? cause i do about 200 a night, plus what we do at school..plus cardio.

Yes- you should get abs. This will only happen if you have a healthy diet too. Make sure you do not over do it- only do all of the stuff mentioned 3 times a week. And do not do this before bed either.
