weightlifting i am taking weightlifting in school and i work hard and im doing everything right and i am seeing results and such. but also like the cardio stuff we do every other day if i do that plus all the ab stuff..will i get abs? cause i do about 200 a night, plus what we do at school..plus cardio.

possibly, but it mostly depends on how much you eat because i do absolutely no excercise, but i have a flat stomach and a six pack. Honestly, crunches dont really work. My friend's tried them for a long time and saw no results. I'd just go on a diet and you'd probably see more results then if you were to do 200 crunches a night. ]
Yes- you should get abs. This will only happen if you have a healthy diet too. Make sure you do not over do it- only do all of the stuff mentioned 3 times a week. And do not do this before bed either. ]
