are there any websites where i would be able to find out contact details for all the London theatres and if they required any shows?

This page has a list of theatres. It also tells you what shows they currently have.

If you click the name of a theatre, it gives you their phone number and other details. Try calling the ones that don't have any shows listed. (For example, at the time I wrote this, the second one on the page doesn't have any shows listed.)
