ok, so lately i've been working out a lot. I run three miles in the morning and then do the elyptical for an hour (600 calories) plus some free weights. I eat about 1000 calories a day. Do you think this is too much? I feel like it isn't, but my mom is starting to act like she thinks i'm over doing it. I'm not overweight, 5'5" and 130, i'm in good shape, like i'm athletic, i just want to lose that "baby fat" around my stomach and arms. Should I keep going at this pace, and what should I tell my mom, because she's gonna think i'm anorexic if I keep turning down chocolate icecream!

Somewhere I heard if you exercise for more than like an hour you should eat atleast 2000 calories. I think you should just eat around 1600. I mean your doing alottt of working out too, so 1600 is good.
