advice

so i'm thinking on loose 10 - 15lbs by the time school starts.
i'm 145lbs right now and 5'4. i want to weigh at least 130. or just fit into a size 7 by the end of August.
is it possible?
i already got the eating thing down straight.
i just need to know some good excersises. and how often i should use them for.

To loose weight do cardio. Which is pretty much whatever gets your heart pumping. Jogging is nice but it tires me out so I love to bike ride. It's easy and you can do it forever. If you go on a 30 minute, moderate speed, bike ride 2 times a day that is great.
