im around 5'3 and weigh around 117ish (doctor scale said 124, home scale says 115.. very confusing). im not fat, im muscluar but have some parts i dont like about me. over the past 1/2 a month ive been eating really well..
breakfst- cereal and a fruit
snack- handful of crackers or veggies/fruits
lunch- sandwitch, crackers of some kid, fruits/veggies
snack- something small (always healthy)
dinner- a typical meal differs each day (always healthy)
is that good? i mean i dont starve myself cause im never super hungry. i dont eat junk food really, and i gave up sweets for lent. when my friends and i go out walking around i dont get starbucks or other things like that. i am good with my selfcontroll mostly. i am in cheerleading but the season isnt started yet, and i usually walk somewhere everyday and go on my trampoline. is this okay? any pointers? also i do crunches and other little exercises all the time
You're doing good. I would just add in a little more protein to that diet and cut those handful of crackers down to a few crackers with some peanut butter for more fat and protein mid morning.
You're 14 so don't worry about it too much; you're doing fine- just take it slow and steady.
