I personally like the first one way more, it's gorgeous, but both are going to help bring notice to your hips area because the belts. If your body is already very hour glassed shaped I wouldn't suggest wearing either. But it really depends on your body shape.
If you want to see yourself in the dress, go to the store and try it on and have someone take pictures from different angles from farther away and see how it looks, front and back.
