i wanna go on a diet wen i eat alot of frutis / veggies and some carbs. sugar free stuff if possible. i dont htink i cood give up carbs. but i wanna loose 5 pounds by summer and wanna look hott in a bikini. can u help me witht his?btw its to col dto go swimming and i hate to run and do crunches

Well considering you're too lazy to do real work I will also offer you the tidbit that veggies and fruits are all carbs. So if you eat fruits and veggies and "some carbs" then you're basically eating all carbs- your weight is going to go up if you do that. Good luck trying to do all of that without exercise since what you plan to do is not going to happen and if it does then be prepared to gain it all right back. Sorry- somebody had to tell you.

Maybe you should first mention your plight next time. It takes work- plain and simple...find a way around your obstacles rather than succumb to them.
