How many sit ups should you do a day and when should you do them (be very specific). And when you do them, do you just do them going up and down really fast or do you bend down and like wait for a few seconds and then get up and repeat?
youuuuu neeeddd tttooo dddooo ttheeemmm ssllloowwwllyyyy. =) no one can tell you how many to do without working with you/seeing you. just do as many as you can until it hurts. do them in sets. start with i don't know, 3 sets of 20 and see how that feels. if you can't do that many, or if it's too easy, change it up. just do them in sets and rest for about a minute or so in between each set. and when you do them, make sure you're not just sticking your neck up, your whole upper body. and don't go all the way up either, only go until where you feel it most, which is a little more than half way up.
for lower abs, a really good exercise to do is if you lay flat on your back with your hands behind your head, across your chest, at your sides- whatever. and put your legs out flat in front of you and lower your legs up and down. this really targets your lower abs and work ssoooo good.
