Where can I report my friend who does pot?


he's not addicted to it or anything but he has it and he's done it 3 times.

I hate him he's an a-hole and I want to tell the police so he can be sent to a juvenile detention center.
Where should I report him?

The police most likely aren't going to waste their time locking up some kid who has smoked herb 3 times- especially when it's coming from some spiteful kid giving up their friend.

Do everyone a favor and mind your business and let the police take calls where people actually need help.

Don't go by anything MTV says.

well i've seen people on the mtv show Juvies who have been locked up for doing it ONCE.
