13/f i've been having my period for 10 months now but anyways, when i woke up this morning there was this HUGE spot of blood on my pajama pants and now i have another dot about the size of a quarter on my shorts. how do i make it stop going thru? i switch like 3 or 4 times a day but it still goes thru, and im worried that it will happen at school one day i use thick pads already.

your period usually starts out heavy and then smaller before it ends. so for the first couple of days on your period change your pad every 3-4 hours. or wear super tampons with a thin panty liner under it just in case.

if you are worried about it going through at school just make sure to always check it when you go to the bathroom and to change it often.
