You ever feel like your wasted space? Just waiting for someone to prove you wrong. Like you want to hurt yourself but you don't want to feel the pain. What do you do then? (link)

In a way, yes. Everyone has their down days. When you just plain out feel crummy. And that's okay. But you shouldn't hurt yourself. Life is all about getting hurt, getting over it, and moving on. No matter what happens you have to be appreciative of every situation and experience. As cliche as it may sound, you wouldn't be YOU if you didn't undergo everything that you have. You're not wasted space. If you weren't suppose to be here you wouldn't. I don't know if you are religious and have faith in any higher being, but if you do, just kno, that God truly has a plan for us all. But it is our job to live an active and healthy life..both for God and ourselves. Have confidence in yourself. Here's what I want you to do. Everyday, hard as it may be, I want you to write ONE positive comment about yourself on a sticky note a place it on your bathroom mirror or some other area you will walk by throughout the day. For every negative thought or comment you make, or every compliment you don't accept, write TWO more. These little pick-me-ups will act as reassurance. For other people to see that special "glow" you have, you first, have to believe yourself. Write in a journal about what may be bothering. Talk to someone you trust. Listen to positive songs. Get a new hobby. Keep yourself busy. And if all else fails, as cheesy as this may sound, shrug up your shoulders, and say to your self in a really peppy voice..Cheer up, buttercup. Yes, I am serious. :)
