I was wondering, what's the best self-tanner that works really well? And also, can self-tanners harm your skin? thanks = ]

Jergens Natural Glow is the best that Ive tried. :]

Heres some more information about it:
http://www.jergens.com/products/index.asp?action=viewProduct&id=15

And no, self tanners wont hurt your skin. Theyre actually better to use than to tan naturally which can give you skin cancer & damage your skins appearance.
