hey !
if i run for about an hour a day for maybe 5 or 6 days [[yes-i do stretch and take precautions and make shure i am fully hydrated]] how long do you think until i will lose 5 pounds?

You`ll probably loose it in 3 days but it depends what you eat , don`t eat fat foods after you run because then you`re weight obviously won`t change at all try eating fruits and salads and toher things like that , & don`t think any soda only water! Hope i helped! Good Luck! ♥
