advice

I am def. not fat...but i have fat sitting on my stomach that i have tried everything to get rid of. I have friends that have done cardio and have been successful but i have not. I do cardio. The thing i have the most trouble with is eating healthy. I always give in to fattening foods!!! Also, i dont find anything that is healthy to taste good. I was wondering if anyone else has the same problems and has advice about it?? I do really try to eat healthy and i will make it through a day...then give in. I hate looking in the mirror at my belly!!! Any tips wil be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!

Well , you should do curlups & work out daily ( it REALLY will help you alot )) & try to eat salads and atleast 2 fruits a day! hope i helped! Good Luck! ♥
