i wannnnt to tighteenn my stomach.. escpecially my lower ab area... what else is there besides regular crunches?

My aunt goes to the gym every day, she does a lot of pilates, cardio, ect. She's forming a six pack. You can probably go to the gym and ask a trainer what are good excercises that focus mainly on your abs.
