Do you have to be a twig to join a water pollo team?
I have muscles in my arms, but not a whole lot in my legs. I have some, but not a whole bunch.
Also, is there anything that i can do to make my legs smaller?

It's probably best to have muscles in your legs, because you have to move really fast to get the ball from going into your goal. It's basically a combination of swimming, football (soccer), basketball, ice hockey, rugby and wrestling and mostly resembles soccer/football and you use your legs a lot in those sports.

You can try going to the gym every other day and doing a lot of cardio, maybe some yoga/pilates?
