I have this habit of overeating when I am sad. I have been having some friend & boyfriend problems lately and it makes me eat all this food, especially ice cream. Its not like I'm fat or anything, but I just want to know how I can get over this habit. I can't just stop eating when i'm sad.....or else i just can't get over it. What can i do?? Please help! I'll rate high if you give a logical answer...instead of calling me a stupid name or something.
whenever i get mad or upset i always work out..its a good way to sweat it off.
but then again there's nothing wrong with what you do, everyone does their own thing.
