I have this habit of overeating when I am sad. I have been having some friend & boyfriend problems lately and it makes me eat all this food, especially ice cream. Its not like I'm fat or anything, but I just want to know how I can get over this habit. I can't just stop eating when i'm sad.....or else i just can't get over it. What can i do?? Please help! I'll rate high if you give a logical answer...instead of calling me a stupid name or something.
Otherwise you could subsitute an activity that keeps your hands busy. Try writing down all the reasons you feel sad--like in a journal or a diary. When you are done writing tear the pages out of the book and put them in a special box. Pretend like you are putting all your problems away at the same time. Or do an exersize video. This will help you let out your sadness and anger, and help you keep fit at the same time [ Kayendall06's advice column | Ask Kayendall06 A Question ]

but then again there's nothing wrong with what you do, everyone does their own thing.
