advice

well i am, in my oppinion, over weight, i want to know if there is a way to lose 5-10 pounds in a short amount of time, like a months (the maximmum)
are there any websites, or plans that anyone knows about?

The lose weight quick plans always backfire. You usually have to starve yourself, and you'll loose the weight(water weight), and then when you go back to normal eating you gain it all back, plus some.

It too me 3 months to loose 15 pounds by counting calories (I ate 1500 a day). Pay attention to what you eat. A can of pop alone is 250 calories - what a waste.

If on a good diet, you should loose about 1-2 pounds a week.
