Well I use to be on advicenators a while back, & then life got way too busy & I no longer had time for it, & after I while I forgot all about advicenators. =/

Odd question but oh well. I'm 15 and i want to know when you give a guy a hand job people say rub on it what do they mean go up and down.I will rate

Well i myself never gave any guys a hand job so i wouldn't know from experience but as a basic starting point, however,firmly, but gently, wrap your fingers around his member and move your fist up and down his shaft in a slow, steady motion.
