my friend has a lot of freckles especially on her upper lip and she looks like she has a mustache and nooo cover ups hide it is there any way to get rid of freckles?

Apply lemon juice then have her lay in the sun. I'm just wondering though, why are you asking if its for your friend? Does she want to get rid of them herself, or do you? Don't mean to sound mean but I was just wondering.
