i just got a new laptop and im giving my old pc to my computer. I want to delete EVERYTHING off of it so it is like a new computer. I've done this before with this "Restore CD" for my e-Machine computer except this time its not working. So now everytime i turn it on it just says "A disk read error occured Press cntrl+alt+delete to restart. I did that on it already and the saME thing keeps coming up. Theres so cd's in the drives so i dont know why its doing this! So can someone tell me what to do about the message and then tell me how to delete everything on my computer? Thanks sooo much she wants within a couple of days so anyhelp is apprectiated greatly!! Dont worry il rate you thank you!

My Computer did the SAME thing. It turns out it was a virus and I had to get rid of my computer cause It fried it... If you want to take a second choice call the computer company and ask them if they will send you another disk. Sorry bout that.
