to be honest with you there isnt a technique to do. i used to be just like you. and i have asked a question similar to urs on here and someone told em the easiest and best way to do is go with the flow and mover your tongue around your partners tongue. more htne have the time a guy takes charge of it and you just follow him.. hope this helps you out.
