Can enyone give me lists of diet foods? like these would be the only things that i eat for one month kind of foods, if you could that would be great!

Soy beans
Skim milk (honestly, milk does NOT make you gain weight.)
cheese
Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal (made of almonds, corn flakes, wheat flakes and clusters of oats glued together with honey)
Chicken
Make chicken soup! Get a couple pounds of chicken bones (with some of the meat still on it) and boil it under low heat for several hours. Add some cilantro for vegetables.
Fish
Water
Pomegranate seeds
Apples
Bananas
grapes

Seasonings:

Olive oil
Sesame oil (give it a try! It adds a wonderful aroma and flavor to chicken broth)

SmartBalance Butter (this is like artificial butter. It has no trans fat, saturated fat or any other bad things that normal brings)

Have some vegetables on the side! Except for the Honey Bunches of Oats, no carbohydrates!
