advice
where is the cholesterol found in eggs? the yoke (yellow part) or the whites?
It is all in the yokes. The egg whites actually have no cholesterol. I think an egg white only has about 15-20 calories. Thats like a stick of gum! It is much healthier to eat an egg white omlet or scrambled egg whites. Most of the cholesterol intake from eating eggs is actually from the cooking. Frying eggs in butter and oil will double your cholesterol intake.
