Thats like a stick of gum! It is much healthier to eat an egg white omlet or scrambled egg whites. Most of the cholesterol intake from eating eggs is actually from the cooking. Frying eggs in butter and oil will double your cholesterol intake. [ jbdreamer's advice column | Ask jbdreamer A Question ]
