can you wear a pad while swimming? or is a tampon reccomended.. can you not wear any? (link)
Well, technically you can wear a pad while swimming, but it would be very visible and the water would most likely make the back of the bad lose it stickiness and it would float off into the water. A tampon is the best way to go. Generally, when you go swimming your period lightens up a ton-sometimes even takes a "time out". I wouldn't risk not wearing one at all though, because it could come anyways, or when you step out it all might rush out. There's nothing to it and you cant feel it in you while your swimming around. :)
