Hello. Im starting to excersize to lose weight and i was wondering..I like to eat salad with just lemon and salt, but i only eat lettuce..lol not much of a salad so basically lettuce in a bowl with lemon and salt on top..is that alot of carbs/calories?

nope, lemon and salt aren't high in carbs...but just remember that lemon can harm your teeth and that eating too much salt can bring up your blood pressure
