Is 13 old enough to wear makeup? I mean like light makeup, not really heavy makeup cuz I'm 13 and I want to, but I'm not sure if it would look weird on a 13-year-old? (link)

Well, I do thing it's a little early for you to be wearing a full-blown face of make up. But, you did say you don't want that so that's good. I think that 13 is a good age to start with some moderate types of make-up but for the full effect wait until you start high school. Since it's summer, you can experiement though. I would try wearing a nice blush and some lipgloss or shimmer, not lipstick yet though. That would look too dramatic. You could also try wearing just a touch of mascara. Like just get a really basic kind to start off with. (One that's available in your local drug store) Make-up isn't meant to make you look prettier or cooler, it's just there to enhance natural beauty which everyone has, so remember that, and have fun! :)
