MY SLOGAN: TREAT YOURSELF!

Hi my name is Jen - I am 33 and married; a graphic desinger, a big sister, movie lover, horse rider, and board game nerd.

advice

I really don't know where to put this.

I was just downstairs doing my homework, and I yawned. It felt like something popped and then my tongue and the outside of my neck/jaw began to hurt. It is physically painful to move my head backwards (like to look up at the sky) because it pulls on my neck and tongue and I don't know what I did...

Maybe I just pulled a muscle? Please help...it is also painful to swallow, although bearable. It feels almost like the kind of cramp you get in your foot when you flex it and then it 'catches' and continues to flex by itself.

Yes, you may have just pulled a muscle, but you may also have popped your ear drum or have done something to your jaw. Sleep on it tonight, and if it still hurts tommarrow, go see your doctor.
