What does it mean if somebody says "your hair is nappy"? (link)

It means you have coarse, somewhat tangled hair. If it's difficult, or near impossible to run your hands through your hair or or your hair feels "weird" to the touch you may have nappy hair. You are more likely to have nappy hair if your hair is naturally curly.
