how come people say it is bad for a 13 year old to be friends or have a realationship wit a 16 year old?

There's nothing wrong with hanging out with a 16 year old. But some guys take advantage of girls (having sex or telling them to do something they don't want them to do). But not every guy is like that. They may really love the 13 year old and wouldn't do that. You just have to be lucky to find that guy. But, some people will call the 13 year old a slut or something because they just think you are since you're with someone older and not your own age (and you're at a young age.. 13).
