I've been on Advicenators since about December of 2003. I give advice to the extent of my knowledge. Sometimes that can be very little but I'm honest and I'll try to help you the best I can.

ok welll im for bush and this one group of my friends are completely anti-bush. and whenever they start talking about the election they totally bash bush in front of my face. they say mean things about him that arnt true. and it really bothers me.....and like i feel like there almost attacking me whenever i tell them that bush was a good leader...what do i do?

this is a serously touchy subject.
I will be honest I am for Bush but I don't want that to effect my advice. I do agree with storageanddisposal but I also think that you need to tell your friends in a calm voice that you feel overwhelmed and like they are attacking you. Let them know that you are for bush but they have their own opinion thats fine. tell them that it may be best to stay of the subject of politics for a while. If the subject does come again tell them how you feel and if you start to feel overwhelmed again than leave. There nothing stoping you from walking out that door.

I don't care if people vote for Kerry or Bush because I know who I beleive in and know who is right. Think of it that way. Good luck and please give them the bennifit of the doubt.
