that sounds normal to me, and 'tight' stomachs are not easy to obtain i walk a couple of miles every day and im really anti-excercixing it is really easy and fun and im losing weight hard to do sence im fighting teenage girl curve probably like you, just remember your beautiful for who u are

ok as far as i know my diet is very healthy and my 'number 2' stinks really bad, i think everyone does, i excercize and eat in moderation so its just normal just make sure its not a irreguluar color(i had green one time) and im sure your fine dont sweat it

my mom's extremely strict and stubborn. i can't hang out with guys, can't date them, and i can't do a bunch of other stuff that every other 13 year old girl CAN. i can't have sleepovers with friends. and it drives me NUTS. i've had one in my life with a friend because my parents had a wedding, and thats IT. my friend jenna and me are staying home all summer and we wanna hang out..a lot. (were best friends) and she was like "lets have a sleepover on friday with ana" (ana is my other friend) and im scared my mom wont let me. im not sure if shes okay with it or not, because its summer and she knows i have nothing to do. im just so scared. i know jenna is going to have SO many sleepovers like she always does. and i always feel like im a weirdo and im always outside of my circle of friends. they have millions of sleepovers with each other, and i havent had any. i just really need some VERY convincing reasons why i should be able to have sleepovers over the summer. please, i dont want to be left out all summer to..:-\ (link)

k so this might be long, i'll try to make it short though.
i'm still not over my ex and it's been like since february that we broke up. we dated once before that to and he was perfect. like hands down the best boyfriend ever. i even think i loved him. then out of nowhere he broke up with me. and i'm not even sure why. then a few months later in january of this year we got back together. but things were kinda weird between us at first then after like a week and a half i didn't feel weird around him anymore and everyhting seemed almost good. then like another week later he broke up with me again. he said he liked someone else. i guess we're still friends but that really hurt.
and now it's june and i'm still hung up on him.
i want to move on and i know i'm pathetic for not being over him yet. it's crazy. i want to date other guys but everytime someone asks me out i think of my ex and i say no. so any advice on moving on?

ok this guy is a scum bag, for deserting you like that, seriously you arent pathetic but i dont think he's worth hanging on to and what i did is look at this guy and my relationship and thought did he really love me and review everything and realized he was very special to me but he is not the only one out there and our relationship was really pretty unimportant and immature.
When im really sad or mourning i usually excercize it gets my mind off what ever it is that bothered me and increased my endorphins, and i binge eat, call and email my friends, tell other people my feelings, and cry alot, read funny books and movies that i like.

I think it would be hard to keep going, and i have a friend who is in a different state and im having a really hard time staying in touch, but if your friend is prepared to work hard then i think she definitely should.
