My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

When someone tells you that a guy likes you when he doesn't and the person is just trying to embarass you, what should you say in response? I seem to always be a victim of that prank, but luckily I've never fallen for it. I would never do anything to embarass myself.

Just say "Oh really? I'm not surprised, he isn't the only one who likes me." That's something I would say lol but anyways, just come up with a smartass comback.

do u know of any places that have like those pearl necklaces other than claires because i never see those ones with the big pearls on it because those are the ones i want . and also do u know of any stores that sell really cute jewelry it doesnt have to be real but just that it doesnt look cheap & is inexspensive.

A lot of stores sell them. New York & Company, Forever 21 and Target. Those stores have cute jewrly and it's not expensive.

You have to put the layout code in the About Me section and then submit it and it will show up on your page.

Go to paint and then go to image, then click on strech/skrew and type in a size. Another thing you could do is go to photobucket.com and put your picture there and then go to profile settings and put the URL code in there and it will show up bigger.

Go to Column Settings and there are 4 options. The background and all the colors are on you. You have to get that yourself if you want to but the site also has background choices.

To me is seems like you're in a major hurry to have sex and just because you want to, doesn't really seem that you're ready. If you chicken out, you really aren't ready to do that. It's fine though. There is plenty of time so just relax. Once you are ready to have sex, you'll know it and it will happen. Don't be in a hurry though.

The only thing you can get online is a website. For other colors you should download Applesauce. Just go to google and type in applesauce colors and it doesn't cause viruses. Other stuff for AIM you just have to use your imagination and be creative. But a quote in it or something and put your friends in there.

I wish I could help but I really don't know what you have in your closet. If you're a "prep" then wear preppy clothes. For ice skating, you might want to wear some swear pants & hoodie because it's cold. You might fall and get wet so jeans wouldn't be good. For the friends house wear whatever you want or how ever the weather is.

Friends aren't always right and sometimes people just say "yeahh, he likes you!!" to make you feel better or to boot your confidence. Of course your friends are going to say that, but don't listen to the other people. You don't know that he talks shit about you and you really do need to talk to him. He seems like a huge jerk and if I were you, I wouldn't even be worrying about him. Anyways, whenever he does talk to you, make sure you bring it up. Tell him what's bothering you and if he acts immature about it and thinks you're annoying, forget him. It's his loss and you don't need someone to treat you like that. Some guys are just fags when it comes to their friends. My guy friends are like that too. When they are around certain people they're jerks to us (the girls) and when it's us alone, they're all sweet and flirty. They don't want their friends laughing at them or whatever but that's their problem. Just tell him how you feel and if he acts like a fag about it, leave him alone and just move on.

Okay, well I'm 11 and female.

I had this boy who has been "at me" since like, the second day of school. He dumped me twice, the first time he gave me a note a day later saying he made "the biggest mistake of his life and all that .." She we went back out again, now he dumped me AGAIN for the same girl. First of all, making him jelous doesn't mean you'll get him back. I'm not trying to sound rude or whatever, but you're being childish about this. It seems like her really likes that girl and he was trying to make her jelous by going out with you. Now I'm not saying he didn't like your because I don't know that for sure, but if you guys are over, then just let it go. He likes her and don't try to come between them. I have bought a treadmill, healthy food, and I plan to do exercises. But I still can't get rid of the feeling that no matter what I do, I won't be able to lose weight. I've been fat for so long I just don't feel like this will do anything to help me. I guess what I'm asking is, will it?
Will a half an hour-an hour of going on the treadmill as well as healthier eating help me lose weight? I know that a pound is 3000 calories, and I guess it just seems impossible to me. I'm only 15... please help.

First of all, you need to relax and have a motivation. Do you want to lose weight because you're fat, or do you want to lose it to be healthier, and be comftrable in your own skin? Find the right reason to do it and if you belive that you won't lose weight and that you can't do it, you won't succeed. Sheding off those pounds won't take a week. It will take time, but think of the results and keep focused. Half and hour on the tredmill isn't a lot .. I do an hour & half every night and I burn about 650-700 calories and I eat healthy. So anyways, do about an hour every night and do exercises in between. Try jumping rope, if you have stairs that's perfect. Run up and down 10 times and it will help your legs. Push ups, sit ups are also very good. If you do that and eat really healthy you will lose about 2-3 pounds a week and that's really great!! You shouldn't be losing any more than that because it wouldn't really be healthy. Eating healthy doesn't mean you should eat veggies and fruits 24/7! You should still have some of your favorite things. Have a handful of chips, but don`t make it a habit. Eat 3 meals a day and make sure they're smaller porportions and eat snacks in between and drink a lot of water!! If you stick to this, you will lose weight and be happier.

It won't really make your butt bigger, but it will tone and tighten it making it less flabby and turning the fat into muscle.

If she thinks that everyone likes her then let her think that. You and everyone else knows that no one really does like her, so just let her have her own opinion. You should just try to stay away from her and whatever she says to you just smile and say okay. It will get on her nerves and she'll stop. She doesn't want to accept the fact that people don't like her so it's her against everyone else. Don't let her treat you like crap though and just stand up to her. When she calls you bad names, don't say it back to her but just stand up to her in a right way and she'll stop.

When you go without sex or any sexual activities, your "whole" starts to close up a bit and kind of get tighter. Also when you're having sex, the guy is probablly bigger then before and he's not taking the time when.. ya know and if you're "dry" down there, that might causes some pain for you and that's why you could bleed also. You don't have to go see a doctor, but just try having more careful sex. If it's still a problem, see a doctor just incase.

its not really the fact that i want to fit in but i want to wear abercrombie and hollister and stuff like that becuase i think their clothes are really nice but the problem is they are way to expensive =/ and i dont like shopping at like tj-maxx all the time because im sick of wearing clothes that i dont feel good in. any suggestions?

Do you have any outlets that you live near by? They have Hollister and A&F outlets where you can get their clothes for cheaper. It's not bad at all and they are still very nice and original. Most things from HCO aren't that expensive though. Their shirts are about $20 and that's not too much.

i only have bottom eyelashes because i have like some kind of allergies . and i know that id look prettier than i am if i had them back ='[ i started losing them when i was 12 im 13 now and i need help .

Have you ever thought about getting fake eye lashes? They aren't bad or expensive and super easy to put on.
