My name is Devin Lindsey or Vinny as my sister calls me! I am 17 years old and go to Bethel Park High school. I loooove swimming along with dancing, singing, and playing softball. I also run varsity track with is alright i supose too.


My favorite colors are orange, pink, and blue. I love to be crazy and have a good time

I've had a job working for 15+ monthes so I can answer alot about that

and I know alot about relationships in general so I can be helpful with that sometimes

especially with parent child relationships


I am a very observant person and tend to know more and care about more than most my age


and I really believe in volunteering to help animals especially at shelters. Usually its not their fault that they have to live their and its usually horrible cercimstances that bring them there and I feel terrible that they can't speak for themselves and people are too caught up in spending like $500 on this cute little pure breed puppy from a breeder just into getting rich instead of giving one of these dogs another chance at life (there are usually a handful of dogs under a year old so the i want a puppy excuse doesn't work with me)

My baby is named Lainey Mae... we got her from a shelter about 2 hours away from us when she was 7 weeks old. she is now 2 years old and the center of our family. unfortunately someone was cruel enough to go down and drug up and shoot (but luckly not kill) most of the dogs plus rob the owner (just like someone did at the shelter where I volunteer) and its now shut down

yea when i was little i used to get bad rashes and stuff from heat the best thing to do is stay in air conditioning and shade and avoid sleeping in non aircondioned houses and stuff if your used to air conditioning

ON the last day of school my best friend told me she would be going to private school next year. I really had a tough time making friends the whole year and she really was one of the only friends i had. She's away at sleepaway camp for 8 weeks and I can't see her!!! She didn't respond to any of my letters either. I'm scared to go through a year of school without her. I'll be so lonely!!! What can I do to make the best of the school year???

Just try joining clubs and sports and try to be friends with people that look like they are in the same situation you are and dont have other friends like new people

everyone i know is straight, but i'm bi. i find it really hard to establish normal friendships w/ other girls because they think i'm "trying to hit on them". however, i never have been and i never will be the kind of girl who's only good friends are guys. what can i do to befriend other girls, w/out them thinking i wanna like do them or something?? thanks in advance!!!

i think the easiest thing to do is make friends with someone then once they are real confortable with you tell them you are bi but dont have feelings for them and besides girls are evil and you should want to be friends with them anyways

Omg school is coming up so soon!! I want to be in style like everyone else but i dunno what to wear!! I know this might not sound like that big of a deal but it is for me!

Well my mom and me have been fighting a lot lately..........almost like every day. But its never my fault like i would say " Mom there's no more laundry detergent." the she would blow up and say " Of course we dont because you have to use so much" and then she would start yelling at me bacause i ask for so much stuff and that she has no money to spend and i hate! I really dont want to hear about her problems then when i say that i don't want to hear it then she starts yelling at me again! please help me and tell me what to do! im going to start school on tuesday, and i dont want this to mess with my head so please help !

ok my mom is the same way just try to ignore it and not fight back just let her vent her anger. and next time dont tell her stuff like that unless you have to instead just grab $5 and go buy some yourself or tell her they are having a sale of it(even if there not) and your going to be out and if she wants to give you some money to buy some

i bought my friend a gift card thats like a visa but its a gift card its kinda cool. i got mine at a simon mall but i dont no where you can get them. also i would just give him cash because chances are he wants to save up for something like a car

ok i just got a letter inviting me to join the people to people ambassador program and our oriantation is at carrol senior high school in southlake! has anyone here been on a people to people trip and if so, how much was it because im sure its really expensive and do u have any good fundraising ideas!! thanx so much!!

ive gotten those letters for years. ive heard they are $3000 a person but im not 100% sure. ive heard they are alot of fun too but i guess it depends on the trip. like i no they have some trips that are just ment for ppl that do certain sports and stuff but they send as many as they can to anybody they can becayse not alot of ppl do it. also i think they may have fundraising and stuff for you to do. Try Joe Corbis pizza it a great funraiser alot with candy sales and maybe even try a yard sale

I went to the spa and got a facial.The lady told me she was takeing all the black heads out of my face. Well she did but it left a red mark on my nose (its very noticable and it hurts) I dont know what she did.Can someone tell me what she did? maybe she squeezed it out to hard? my skin is very sensitve and im 13. Also how can i make the heal faster?! please help

its just from the stuff she did to it just from putting stuff on it or using her hand or whatever. if should go away in a couple of hours if not sooner. if it doesnt you may be having and allergic reaction. try washing your face with water and if its not gone in 24 hours or so go to the doctor

Hi my friend got her cartillage peirced and it looks realy nice but i was wondering does it matter which ear is peirced? Is it true that depending which ear you peirce it means something?

i dont think it really matters i got it on my right ear because im right handed and it makes it easier to change and also when i play softball and bat or catch i have a lesser change if getting it hit on the right

well school is starting up soon and i want to start wearing makeup. i havent worn any makeup before besies mascara. i need some tips on what colors and what i should where to get a natural look. i have dark brown eyes and hair, and semi tan skin. suggestions please?

Ok i went to Wal-Mart last week and i bought a straightener. (Havent opened it yet) It cost like $30 and its a Conair Ceramic Ultra Slim Straightener 1 5/8" plates. DOes anybody have this?? Its a really bright shiny red and its slim. I just wanted to know if it works or if anybody thinks it will work or whatever. I have thin/thick NOT thin but not think hair if that helps...

i had it and it was the worst thing i have ever used seriously. if its your first straightener it works ok but once u see other straighteners u can see how bad it is. my hair is sorta in the middle like urs and it works for like 5 min but then it gets all frizzy and wavy again. Buy a Helen of Troy they are much better and your hair stays straight until you get it wet. Its accually a couple of dollars cheaper too!
