leg excercises! Hey I was just wondering what are some good effective excercises to get muscles in thighs and to lose some weight in that area?

do tybo and poloties it helps and eat right your cant just lose weight in your legs your have to work everywhere for it to work so eat the right foods and do active stuff like basketball and soccer would be good exerseces for your legs or even just running ]
Run. That's all. And walk up and down stairs alot. Try 500 stairs a day if thats not too hard for ya. ]

the best way is running/jogging/walking. you can kick your legs up in the air, that really helps. andything that involves work in your legs, is excercise. ]

the chair exercise i think is best for thighs...its when you stand against a wall and pretend your sitting on a chair, it sounds easy but when u do it..u'll see. bicyling also helps thighs ]
Try some leg lifts or lunges. Maybe even running if you like that sort of thing. But if you're not used to exercising regularly, start slow so you're body can get used to it and eventually build up to where you want to be. And about the weight, just watch what you eat because alot of it goes to the thighs.
