im gettin braces in like 2 days, and i was wondering
does it hurt when they put them on?
or does it hurt more a fefw days later?

It doesn't hurt much to get them put on. It's a little unpleasant, because the glue they use to attach the braces tastes strange, but it's not painful. For about 3 hours after you get braces, you will feel like you can't close your mouth. It will start to hurt after about an hour. When you wake up the next morning, the pain will be pretty intense. You will only want to eat soup, yogurt, and apple sauce. And get some tylenol, it will make your teeth feel better. I speak from experience. It ends up hurting for about a week and a half.

What are krabs? what all happens.and what can happen to you?

Krabs are pubic lice. They live in your pubic hair. You can get them from having sex with someone who has them. They bite you and make you itchy down there. As far as STD's go, they arn't that bad. If you have unprotected sex, and krabs is all you get, consider yourself lucky, because they are curable and not fatal.

Actually, a similar thing happened to me in my english class. I used to get 100's on my papers, and then I started getting 50's. I talked to my english teacher about it, and he said that I wasn't putting enough supporting details in my writing, and that my sentences didn't flow well. He also said that the quality of my writing had gone down since the beginning of the year. He let me re write my papers, and I got 80's and 90's on them. So, don't forget to add lots of detail, and have good sentence structure. A strong thesis sentence is important too.

I have the worst habit of falling for guys really easy just as long as they're cute and nice. I have the tendancy to not only fall for them but to also obsess over them (read their online journals, get involved with their social life, etc) even when they've never met me before. Also, if I find out that a guy likes me, then I usually fall for him too. It's really annoying. How do I get over this stupid obsession of boys?

It doesn't sound like an obsession. It's an online journal, it's their for everyone to see. It's not like you read his private journal. And how else are you supposed to talk to him if you don't get into his social life by "accidentally" meeting him at the movies? That's how relationships are formed. It doesn't seem unhealthy, it seems like your doing the right thing to get to know him. Just don't start following him to his house or look in his windows at night or anything creepy like that, because there is a place where you draw the line.

If your suspended, you're not supposed to start another column your supposed to wait until your suspension is over, and then you can come back. In the e-mail you received telling you that you were suspended, it should say why you were suspended, and you should try to avoid those reasons in the future.

Skip school. What's more important: Being in school for 1 day, where it will be really hot, so all the teachers will probably make you watch movies, or your future? If your parents want you to try out that badly, I'm sure they'll understand. If that doesn't work, then try to get into talent shows around your community. Then, try going to out of state talent shows.

Your sister may have an eating disorder. Keep and eye on her. Most 11 year olds weigh more than that.

Nope, I'm 4'11 and I weight the same ammount, and people think I'm skinny. You may feel fat because you don't excersize enough. Even though your skinny, you should still excersize. Really, just running around or playing with a pet can make you feel better about yourself.

No, you still have 2 years to grow. If you get them now, they could really screw up your body. When your 18 or 19, and your breasts haven't grown, then consider it.

My friend bought it, and she said it works well. She said it's really easy and painless too. It only took her about 10 minutes to do both legs, and she's pretty tall.

First off, the clothes at abercrombie arn't that nice. Everybody wears them, and their not worth the money. But anyway, it's your business where you shop. A good way to get money is to babysit. This week alone, I made $55 by babysitting my sister while my mom was at work. It depends on how much people pay you. I think a fair rate is $2 or $3 an hour. Also, try having a garage sale. You can get rid of your old junk and get money.

If your nipples show through your shirt, that means you need a bra. Most girls get their first bra when they are 11 or 12. Some get it earlier. It doesn't really get boys to stare, unless you wear a push up bra, but when you're 12 years old, you really shouldn't wear one. Also, don't stuff your bra. People WILL find out. And really, do you want a boyfriend who would just like you for your boobs? ok I'm done now.

Yes, you can still get them. You can tell because there will probably be little dots of blood in your underwear (really tiny, like the size of a pinhead).

ok well I have got D boobs and I kinda like to show it a little bit (as in where fitted shirts) but like my mom is like makeing me wear baggy shirts and it's aweful I feel so ugly with the way she makes me dress. How do I get her to lighten up?

Ask your mom if she would still make you dress that way if you had an A cup. She'll be trapped, and have to let you wear tight shirts. Seriously, try it.
