They are lice that you get in your public hair. They make you itchy "down there". You can get them from having sex with someone that has it. Krabs are pubic lice. They live in your pubic hair. You can get them from having sex with someone who has them. They bite you and make you itchy down there. As far as STD's go, they arn't that bad. If you have unprotected sex, and krabs is all you get, consider yourself lucky, because they are curable and not fatal.
