He might have had excess semen, which could result in you getting pregnant.
If you had morning sickness already, you need to get a pregnancy test ASAP.
But wait a few more days and if you still don't have your period, don't freak out (that makes it come later, i know, from experience) then just go ahead and get a test, to be sure.

Don't have your friends talk to him, because that will make you look like you can't talk to him by yourself. Tell him you DO like him as more than a friend, but if he wants to stay friends, you're just going to have to respect that. Which I know that sucks, but you can't really do anything about it.

Is there a stigma around nose/tongue piercings? I ran the idea of getting one by my sister. She said that I'll look like a poser or a slut. Heyy, me and my boyfriend have been together for over four months and he's amazing, he treats me like a princess and is anything i could ever ask for but he can be very clingy. I went to France for a while to practice my French, and on my last night out I went out to town (well I went out every night with the same people) but I ended up getting quite drunk, and I was with this amazing guy all night.

If you don't want to sit down and talk with them and tell them that you feel bad about it, take the time to write each of them a letter about how you feel.
The letter might be a better idea, because then they would see how much you really want things to be different.
Then just leave the letter in their room of a morning so they'll see it.
