kayy so i wanna lose like 30 pounds .
dont eat healthy. hate salads.
if i run on a treadmill will i lose weight or gain weight.
i wanna get into a size 5/6 jeans. not a 13.
but now im worried if i run , imma gain mucsle . and i wanna lose weight. not gain anything. what do i do ?

You won't gain that much muscle by running.
So running on the treadmill will help you lose weight.
