I think you misunderstood me when I said it's hard to lose weight when you get your period. It's not always going to be hard, but when you're on it at that time, it's going to be a little more dificult but once it goes away you're going to do fine. You should try to lose about a half or 1-2 lbs. a week and you can do it really easy if you stick to it. First, you don't really have to change your whoooole diet. Look at the things you eat and try to count up your calories. If you have over 3,000 a day, you need to cut down. Try having about 1,500-2,000 a day. Eat your normal foods but don't eat like fried, oils, tons of fats & especilly junk food! You should eat about 6 times a day to keep your matabolism going and your energy up. Once you slow down your matabolism, it's harder for you to lose weight and tone it down. Anywhom, eat breakfast, school lunch (have like a turkey sandwich or a sald with low fat dressing), eat a snack when you get home, eat another snack before dinner, dinner, & snack. You should try replacing the bad stuff with fruit and veggies. Make smoothies or fruit salads. You can also have cookies, chips, cakes, candy, but try to have it once a day. Exercise. Walking or jogging is really good. Do it for about an hour and if you can't, try 45 minutes. www.toneteen.com will show you exercises for each part of your body. I am not sure how to start. Let's say my "friend" wink wink, was persuaded to go to her best friends (male/16) house - because he said he 'needed help fixing a computer in his basement'. Her parents were out, and they weren't answering the cell phone. She figured 'Hey, it will only be for a few minutes'. So she rode her bike there (he lived just a few blocks away). Let's also say her friends parents weren't home either.
Well the boy and her had been best friends for about 3 years now, because they had a lot in common. My friend thought she knew him very well, but obviously not. Once they were in the basement, he tried to seduce her. She was not into him, because she liked him as a friend. Wow. To tell you the truth, you need to tell your parents. It will not ruin their lives. They love you and care about you and they just want what's best for you. They also want to protect you and it's not good if you keep this inside. Of course you guys will be a normal family again. Familes have problems and things happen but they get through with it and later move on. With a situation like this, you need to tell them. Sit down with your mom or dad and explain everything. It might be hard, but you have to. It's serious and it's not something you should be ashamed of and try to hide it. Nothing is your fault but it's that boys fault. How could he ever do that!? I'm not positive if this is about you, but I'm guessing it is. If not I'm sorry for saying yours and making it about you. Anyways, he might be doing this to other girls and they don't even know and they might feel the same way you do. Don't listen to this guys threats. They shouldn't bother you and you need to tell someone. He deserves punishment for this and don't feel that you're going to make a big deal of yourself. It's the best thing for you and it's for your protection. You don't know if he will do it again. Tell someone. For you & for everyone else that might be in risk of the same thing happeneing.
Ok this is serious and I'm really scared. Please answer this truthfully. So today I was with my boyfriend of over a year at his house. There can be a 50-50% chance but there is a higher possibility that you won't get pregnant. First of all, if he cummed and if it went inside you, then yes you could get pregnant. If he just put it and took it out nothing will happen. Next time, be more careful. You won't always be lucky. If you are pregnant (which you're probablly not) tell your parents or gardian first. It might be hard, but you need to tell an adult. You can usually tell when you're 3 or 4 months.

Sometimes, people flirt by hitting, pushing and saying mean things. I've done it before, but when I was younger. There is a possibility that they like each other but just won't admit it. If he startes at her a lot that could also be another sign. Get them to talk nicely and just get them to hang out together for a while and see what happens. They don't really hate each other. I can't really tell you if she likes him or if he likes her for sure, but my guess is yes.

Honestly, we can't help you chose. It's your decision. Pick something that you love to do and that gets you excited about going to work or collage every day. My opinion would be photography. You can be creative and I just love taking pictures so I'm guessing you do too. Nursing is good too and you get to help a lot of people and good pay. Chefs also make a lot of money but it's pretty hard. & video games, fun. Whatever you like to do, let it be it.

Honestly, you have no say in your moms decisions. You have to understand the reason she's freaking out.
