okay, well i'm a 14/f and i hate my thighs cuz they're pretty fat *im a size 9* i've tried eating right, i usually run 2.8 miles 2-3 times a week, i play sports almost everynight and i do thigh excercises in bed..nothings working...does anyone know of any really good excercises i could do to slim down the tops of my thighs? thanks, and i will rate all advice. Alrite I need some help. Basically here's how it goes. My bestguy friend and me are very very close. We hang out like everyday cause we are practically neighbors. And I've known him 4ever. Alrite so lately I notice that he has been like touching me & my bestfriend alot. Not really sexually just putting his hands on us(if you know what i mean)He has touched me before though on my leg and touched my boob on 'accident'. okay. i have a super-creepy stalker, and i talked about it at work and after that my friend called him and told him to leave me the hell alone because i told him to. the thing is.. i never said that. then my stalker got real mad and said " mind your own f-ing buisness a-hole!" and now im really afraid... for both myself and my friend. now i have to go back to school in a month and i have to see him everyday. im so worried that he is going to hurt me because he really doesnt respect authority at all. and i dont really want to talk to him at all because thats how this whole stalking thing began-- with me being nice to him. im so confused and everytime i see him i start shaking and my heart pumps really fast. do i need therapy or something? help me (link)

well...i much more approachable way, if u get tongue tied inperson, talk 2 him online about it!! tell him how u truly feel about u and him!! and maybe even tell him that you might want to start a relationship with as best friends and then work ur way up 2 bf and gf again!! if he feels the same way then that's great!! but if not, wait this make time he may need space 2 think, just remind him of the great times you maybe had together!! hope everything works out lemme know if it does!!!

no matter what your parents are gonna find out somehow!! u need 2 confront them and tell them that u didn't do so well on ur report card!! but promise them that u will work harder next year and that you will go for help after school if need be!!! tell them the reason why you didn't do so well and y u didn't go for help!!! if you dont confront them now then you'll b in more trouble!! you might as well get it ova with!!
