okay, well i'm a 14/f and i hate my thighs cuz they're pretty fat *im a size 9* i've tried eating right, i usually run 2.8 miles 2-3 times a week, i play sports almost everynight and i do thigh excercises in bed..nothings working...does anyone know of any really good excercises i could do to slim down the tops of my thighs? thanks, and i will rate all advice.

It's OK i just think from all the running and the excersicing and playing sports u have got alot of muscle from that. ( and that not always a bad thing!)
Try doing plaites it's at bed bath and beyond for like $40! It works great!!!! Hope i have helped. Rate me!!!!

you could try to ride bicycles or do bicycles on the floor. they strengthen your legs and slim them down at the same time. it's a pretty good work out, and it works your stomach.

Well, I don't know any miracle exercises that will slim down your thighs(I'm trying to do the same thing)but they exercise you already do sound like you're building muscle on them, which won't help slim them.

aaawww i so wish i had your thighs! but probably since you play alot of sports, it makes you legs more muscular and that makes them bigger! my friend has the same problem, she plays soccer and since she runs a lot, it makes her legs get bigger, but anyway i looked this up on the internet and i found out the only way you can slim your thighs down is to change you eating habit, so try to eat healthier! *i hope i helped you*

exercises are only have of it. you can eat carns but just don't eat simple carbs(like whole wheat bread instead of white bread..etc) and don't eat simple sugars (fruit instead of a twinkie) also watch how much you eat. don't ever stuff yourself..just eat until your full. Eat slowly also. Don't eat 2 hrs b4 you go to bed.

wow it sounds like your doing most of the things i`d suggest! hmm..maybe

-lay on your back and do those bicycle things

-stretch your legs

-get into playing tennis..that really hardens up your legs

-adjust your diet if that might help

but you sound like your really doing great..so I think you`ll be fine with minor tuneups

I know exactly what you're going through, I have the SAME problem. The only thing you can really do is just try to eat right, and keep up on the leg excercises. good luck!

jus' continue wut u r doin...cuz it's not jus gonna happen in a dday or week u need 2 stick to the excercises u do...and keep off the sweets!!
